Payday Wishlist 21/8
I literally could only think of 4 things I wanted! Obviously I have some serious problems and need to spend my money on more things or something. At least not really wanting anything has allowed me to save heaps of money.

DIY Garden Markers // Well Nesting
These are incredibly cute as well as being really easy to make. Working at a store where we sell plant markers, we don’t even slightly sell anything as cute as these.

Anonymous said: I'm curious to experience my first lucid dream, but not sure on what methods to follow. What did you do in preparation for your first lucid dream ?

It can take quite a while, writing down your dreams really does help. I found that setting my alarm for 1 or 2 hours before I had to wake up was really helpful. As long as you’re good at drifting back to sleep. Wake up, write down anything you can remember about any dreams you just had and then go back to sleep.

Go back to sleep trying to think about realising you’re in a dream, and the most important thing is remembering to do your reality checks. Which is something that you can do in a dream to confirm that it is in fact a dream.

My favourite was holding your nose, and breathing. Since you aren’t actually holding your nose you can still breathe obviously. (this failed for me one time I convinced myself I was just holding my nose the wrong way??-  so dumb)

You should also look into ways to stabilise your dream because, super commonly unfortunately, once you realise you are dreaming you’ll get super excited and wake up.

When you wake up again remember to write down about any more dreams that you can remember.

Best resource website I used: LD4ALL

Good luck! x

A Guide to Lucid Dreaming // Free People
If you’ve never had a look into lucid dreaming before I completely recommend you checking this out. Lucid Dreaming is what it’s called when you are able to recognise that you are dreaming, by becoming aware, you are then able to control your dream.
It is as awesome as it sounds. I had done a lot of research on it in the past and it is really not that hard. It’s definitely worth a look into. :)
If anyone has any questions on this at all feel free to message me as well. xx
